My brother is a fighter. When he was born, doctors told us he would only survive for three months due to serious health complications , yet here we are, 29 years later, still blessed to have him with us.

Today, we are facing a new challenge. He has already lost sight in one eye, and due to his delicate health, the doctors cannot risk performing the corneal transplant he needs. Instead, they’ve recommended a special set of lenses that will protect his remaining vision and help prevent complete blindness.

Unfortunately, his insurance in Mexico does not cover these lenses, and our family’s current financial situation makes it impossible for us to pay for them in full. We are deeply worried about the risk of losing his sight completely, and we’re reaching out for help before this gets worse.

All the money that you are able to help us with will go to his lenses expenses, and every other expense he needs to have a better life and future, such as courses to keep him active, and better health care, and just to have a feeling of life itself.

Mi hermano es un verdadero guerrero. Cuando nació, los médicos nos dijeron que solo sobreviviría tres meses debido a graves complicaciones de salud; sin embargo, aquí estamos, 29 años después, todavía bendecidos de tenerlo con nosotros.

Hoy enfrentamos un nuevo desafío. Él ya ha perdido la vista de un ojo y, debido a su delicado estado de salud, los médicos no pueden arriesgarse a realizar el trasplante de córnea que necesita. En su lugar, han recomendado un juego especial de lentes que protegerán su visión restante y ayudarán a prevenir una ceguera total.

Lamentablemente, su seguro médico en México no cubre estos lentes, y la situación económica de nuestra familia hace imposible pagarlos por completo. Nos preocupa profundamente el riesgo de que pierda la vista por completo, y acudimos a pedir ayuda antes de que esto empeore.

Todo el dinero con el que puedan ayudarnos será destinado a cubrir el costo de los lentes y otros gastos necesarios para que mi hermano tenga una mejor vida y un mejor futuro, como cursos para mantenerlo activo, mejor atención médica, y para que pueda disfrutar plenamente de la vida misma.
