My brother is only 9 years old and recently moved to Mexico with my mom in December, after she had to leave in fear of ICE. At first, he started school in Mexico, but after a couple months, he stopped attending because the village my family is from has a poor education system. He says he isn’t learning anything, and it’s heartbreaking to see such a bright, motivated kid lose out on the chance to learn and grow.

Before moving, my brother was doing really well in school and always loved learning new things. I know he has so much potential, and I want to help him get back to California so he can continue his education and have the opportunities he deserves. The funds raised will go directly toward his flight ticket and help him restart his studies in a supportive environment.
