At 3pm on May 28th, 2025, my brother lost everything in a tragic apartment fire which originated from a different unit—his home, belongings, and sense of security. Even more devastating, his beloved cats were inside. The fire department couldn’t safely enter right away, and by the time they could, only one cat was hiding inside. Soaking wet and filthy, but safe! The search for the other continues
