Hello everyone my family and I are reaching out to ask for support for my bother who has had a life long battle since he was 4 years old, after a tragic accident where he he stabbed his eye. He endured years of constant pain, countless eye surgeries, doctor visits, and treatments. Despite his strength and resilience, the pain never truly went way and recently the difficult decision was made to remove his eye in order to give him some relief. While we are grateful that he is no longer in constant pain, we are now facing the next challenge—helping him regain a normal life again with the help of an eye prosthetic. He is now 18 will soon be graduating in May and moving on to college in August. He has always been an academic student and has pushed to thrive in his sports with that being said we want to make it possible for him to regain confidence and comfort as he moves forward but unfortunately the costs for his medical care, prosthetic eye and traveling expenses are more than we can manage on our own, at the moment. Unfortunately it will all have to be paid out of pocket and that is why we are asking for any support you can give, whether it’s a donation, a prayer or simply sharing this page. Every little bit helps us get closer to covering these expenses and supporting my brother through his recovery.
