Help my brother get back on his feet - literally

Donation protected

Last week my brother Anthony woke up to the terrifying reality that one of his legs wasn’t working. He was admitted to the emergency room with severe pain in his back and the inability to move his leg. After a litany of tests, CT scans, MRIs, and a spinal tap, doctors still can’t figure out what the problem is or how to fix it.
After a week in the hospital, he has been discharged with a cane as they await the results of further tests. At this time, the doctors don’t have any clear fixes. Although we are glad he is back with his family, he is now able to walk assisted by the cane but doesn’t have full mobility and therefore can’t drive.
For the past 10 years, Anthony has mostly been a stay-at-home parent caring for their four young children while his partner works. He had recently been trying to rejoin the workforce, but obviously being unable to walk without an aide has been a huge setback. Instead of moving forward, his partner has now had to take time off work and additionally do everything around the house, get the kids to school and help him out.
He is fortunate to have health insurance that covers the hospitalization and traditional avenues of care but until he gets the results for the testing this will help him pursue alternative treatments and help pay day to day expenses until he is able to get a job. We hope this is temporary but for the time being, the uncertainly of the situation and his recovery make it hard to know the long-term needs.
Since there are no immediate medical solutions to his problem he is trying to find alternative solutions for pain management. In addition there is household maintenance that needs completed: he was in the middle of replacing the drains to the house, in addition to his regular responsibilities keeping up the house, yard, and feeding the family. All of these are things he cannot do since he no longer has full mobility. I just want to be able to help his partner with all the additional maintenance and additional financial strain this is putting in them.
I hoped I would never have to do one of these medical GoFundMes personally but everybody in the situation is being pushed to the max and though helping as much as they can, cannot cover it all. I would greatly appreciate if you could donate anything, even the cost of a cup of coffee would add up and be helpful. If you cannot donate please share, I have a limited circle so any shares and added visibility would be incredibly beneficial.
Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you all for your help, I hope to be able to update with good news soon.
