Hi, I’m Tessa Wimmer. I have a younger brother named Trenton.  In August 2018 we lost our father unexpectedly, I was at Marine Corps boot camp, while my brother was awaiting shipment to Navy Basic. Fast forward 6 months later, my mother passed away due to a heart attack in her sleep.  At the time I was in Missouri for my schooling pertaining my job. My brother was the one that found her. Currently I’m stationed at Camp Pendleton in California. I signed everything over to my brother due to deployments and exercises regarding the Marine Corps and the training that comes with it. My brother is living in the house by himself and constantly working. He had to grow up at such a young age, but he’s doing pretty well at it. I am fundraising because he deserves a newer truck. He’s constantly working and paying bills, making sure the house doesn’t fall apart on him. I just want something good for him at least once. And it doesn’t help that I’m half way across the country.
