Hi, my name is Mariana, and I’m here asking for help for my brother, who desperately needs a lawyer for his legal defense.

He has been detained by ICE in one of the worst detention centers in Florida, and the conditions are heartbreaking — people are treated like they’re less than human, locked in cages, with little hope or dignity.

My brother has lived in the United States since he was just 13 years old. He’s never done anything wrong — he’s a hardworking, kind-hearted person who has always helped support our family back in Brazil, especially our mother.

Now, he’s trapped in a system that doesn’t see his humanity, and we have no court date or information about what comes next.

We are trying to raise $10,000 to hire a lawyer who can fight for his rights and request a bond hearing, giving him a chance to come home while his case is reviewed.

His life is in Florida, where he’s built everything. There’s nothing waiting for him back home except the family that loves and needs him.
