I’m reaching out to you today on behalf of my beloved brother, Themba, who is courageously battling chronic kidney disease. As his sibling, it’s incredibly difficult to watch someone so dear to me face such a challenging and life-threatening condition.

My brother has always been a pillar of strength and an endless source of joy in our family. Despite his health struggles, he continues to face each day with unwavering determination and a smile. However, his condition requires regular dialysis treatments, which are not only physically draining but also financially overwhelming.

We have exhausted all available resources, and we’re now turning to our community and the kindness of well-wishers for help. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly towards covering the costs of his dialysis treatments, medications, and any additional medical expenses that arise.
