My name is Joshua Pangilinan and we have recently discovered my brother has diabetes and it’s been unknown for quite a while. That being said, it has caused severe damage to his retinals that they have scarred the back of his eyes and almost caused detachment. As of now, he cannot see very well out of both eyes, for example, he cannot read anything on his phone even if it’s right in front of him.
