Hello Friends!

Recently my stepdad passed away very suddenly in Mexico, and due to the suddenness of it, funeral and travel expenses have stacked up very quickly.

My 12 yr old brother (his son) is devastated, having been the one to discover his disappearance that led to the discovery of his death, losing a parent at any age but especially that young is a horrible thing to go through.

My stepdad’s family has arranged the funeral to be on June 20th in El Paso Texas, but due to the last minute nature of the funeral, to fly from San Antonio where my family is based to El Paso is costing my mom upwards of 1,500 dollars for the tickets alone.

My Mom is a hardworking single mom of 4, and she cannot afford to pay for those tickets, but she also can’t afford to see her son grieve his dad without saying goodbye to him one last time.

With the donation money, she is not only paying for the plane tickets but also any accommodations she may need for both herself and my brother.
