Help my boyfriend get his clavicle surgery

On January 2023 my boyfriend got into a really bad car accident that caused his collar bone to be broken. He was rushed to the hospital and they gave him a CAT scan and wrongly diagnosed his injury. A month later he went to the clinic and got an x ray stating that his clavicle was not just “bruised” it is a displaced fracture and it is also an interpose loose fragment. It will never heal until he gets the surgery. It’s been a financial struggle on both our ends. He cannot work due to the injury nor do daily task properly without his shoulder & back being in pain.
