I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but I need help. As many of you know, my little dude means the world to me. He’s been with me through so much, and I’d kill for this cat.

A few days ago, he got into a fight. I checked him over and didn’t see or feel anything at first, so I thought he was okay. But this morning, I woke up and something was different. He was laying next to me, quiet and off in a way that scared me. I checked again and found a huge swelling that hadn’t been there before.

It turns out it’s an abscess and it needs to be drained right away. The vet is also doing tests to make sure the infection hasn’t spread and to check for FIV or anything else that could complicate his recovery.

I’m not someone who asks for help easily, but I’m doing it now for him. Anything you can give, even just sharing this would me a lot
