Help My Bestie Get A STUDY PERMIT In NORWAY

Hello, we are two online best friends with a big dream of studying together wether it's a high school or Uni it does not really matter. It seems nearly impossible to achieve because of how far we are and how much money we require. My friend Mark(fake name for privacy purposes we're both minors) isn't from a wealthy family and the country Mark is from does not have the greatest economy and saving up is hard because his parents use his savings for the bare minimum of sustaining themselves.

SOOOO!! We decided that it's best we get Mark a study permit in Norway so we can study together and get a proper education.

UDI (The organization which offers study permits) says that Mark needs minimum finances to sustain himself, it being the sum we're currently raising (for a whole year).

I think with these funds and a whole year on our hands we could then figure out how to stay here further.

Although I doubt this is that realistic to accomplish but this is really our last hope.

And I do not want money to go to waste if something changes, so I will refund everyone who donated.

Note: I am not Norwegian, I'm an refugee so my funds are pretty limited too and my student loans would not be enough to pull this off.
