Help my bestest boy recover.

Yesterday was a terrible day, and not just because of my flat tire.
Our neighbor's house in our apartment complex caught on fire and burned nearly to the ground. Thankfully, our unit was mostly undamaged except for our window being blown out from an explosion in the engulfed home, our house wasn’t actually threatened. Unfortunately, someone erroneously took it upon themselves to break down our door, and let our dogs run free, and terrified, in a very high traffic area.
This individual could have easily leashed my two very well behaved dogs, but chose to simply not to.
All of this happened when my husband was on his way home from work, and I was on a work trip so no one was home. This is one of the scariest things I have ever experienced, I felt so helpless as my husband called me give me the news.
My service dog Bear got hit by a car crossing a highway trying to get to the store where we often shop in an attempt to find me, where he knew he'd be safe. I am so grateful that some kind people caught him after he was hit, and cared for him, until my husband found him soon after.
All four of his feet were badly injured in addition to various cuts and abrasions on his chest. As he wasn't willing to walk, there were concerns of broken bones or spinal damage.
After about 6 hours in the local (incredible) emergency vet, we were told that he should recover physically with time and proper medical care.
This visit alone cost us nearly $300.00 but that's just the beginning. He will require frequent and ongoing bandage changes, examinations, and cleanings(estimated at 150.00 a visit with our standard vet) to ensure he heals completely and can eventually return to his work as a service dog.
Right now, due to a myriad of health issues, we're in a very tight financial spot. As much as it pains us to ask for a hand up, we could very much use the help.
So please, help my best friend get the help he needs to heal properly.
