Help my best friends dad get past Covid

My best friends dad who suffers from diabetes and is overweight has tested positive for COVID in a third world country in which anyone that gets it is dying. His sugar has gone all the way up to 400 which puts him at risk of a respiratory attack and a diabetic coma. On top, he also caught Pneumonia and his lungs are extremely compromised. Resources, medicine and doctors in general are extremely limited there. If you know Eli and him, you know he is without a doubt the sweetest man you will ever meet and is a light in everyones life he meets, he’s so full of joy and would give the world for his daughter and anyone that needs it. Even a million miles away he is the most dedicated and caring father. This man would give everything for his daughter so we’re asking for your help. He’s fighting for his life connected to an oxygen tank 24/7 because he can no longer breathe on his own. He is on a special diet due to fact that he is diabetic and has too much medicine in his system at all times. We are doing everything we can to keep him alive, with a nurse and technician by his side at home, all the tanks and medicine needed. Sending him to the hospital is not an option because we will never hear of him again. If you’re diagnosed with Covid in Peru and you have his demographics they throw you in a room with another patient with Covid, you can not speak to any family member and that is how it ends. Every day it costs almost $1,000 between having a nurse and tech there at all times to help him do something as simple as go to the bathroom, the medications, the oxygen tanks and oxygen concentrators. We are expecting this entire process to be between 10-15 days, if not more. We’re asking for your help in even the most minimal way, it would truly make a difference. If it was your father we would do the same, please help us help him survive this and get him back to full health.
