Can you please find it In your heart to help little Fatou she was born with a very poorly heart and desperately needs surgery to give her the best chance of a healthy bright future that she deserves a child’s health shouldn’t cost a penny but unfortunately it does fatous lives in Gambia with her fantastic family that want nothing in this world more then the health of their baby girl surgery can’t be done in Gambia there are specialist surgeons waiting for her in Ghana but of course it comes at a cost and her family have raised as much as they possibly can but are short of what is needed it takes a lot to to let your pride down to ask for money but in desperate need there is no choice but to ask as many people as possible for even the smallest of donations to make fatou’s operation possible please help with what ever little you can inshallah all goes well.
