Hi, am Jonathan K . Am a single father of 2. I lost one of my twins to appendicitis months back. Her appendix ruptured and caused peritonitis. Unfortunately, the one left is with the same problem and I cant afford a proper surgery. Am as well with mental health issues and need to see a therapist as soon as possible. It's as soon as possible because I had a psychiatric disorder in the past and am afraid it might relapse. Am really overwhelmed as am down on rent and utilities too.
