Hi, my name is Gemma Trejo, and I'm raising money for my aunt, Lucia Cespedes, who was recently rushed to the hospital and received the shocking news that she needs a pacemaker—immediately.

This came out of nowhere. Just days ago, she was living her normal life, and now we’re facing a medical emergency. Her doctors say the pacemaker is essential to regulate her heartbeat and prevent life-threatening complications.
