Dear friends and family, I am reaching out to ask for your help for my aunt, who is 35 years old and bravely fighting cancer. In addition to her cancer diagnosis, she is undergoing dialysis treatment and must travel every day from San Miguel to San Salvador to receive the medical care she needs. She is the devoted mother of two young children: a 5-month-old baby and a 6-year-old boy.

Because of her illness, it has become extremely difficult for her to work and cover the costs of transportation, daily travel, and other expenses related to her treatment. Our family is doing everything we can to support her, but the financial burden of her ongoing care, including an upcoming surgery, is overwhelming.
