Help my amazing mother with her deductible please!

Thank you for giving this a lookthrough. My name is Lisa and I am doing this GoFundMe for mom.
My mom is one of the people who has major damage to her house due to the crazy winter storm in Texas. She has insurance, this GoFundMe is to help her with her large deductible and a little extra just in case of any unforeseen charges that may come up.
Basically, she did everything one is supposed to do. But like others, she was without power for days. Meaning no chance to heat the house at all. She along with my sister and their dog, went to stay at my aunt and uncle's place because they have a fireplace. She found out that her pipes had burst and everything was soaked.
The next-door neighbor said that water was rushing out of the garage door. There is water in the light fixtures and so on.
She is one of the nicest people in the world and has been dealt a tough hand. It's just her and my sister. Please help us out with any little bit possible!
My plan is, if this goes past the goal rate, I will donate the extra money to another family in need!!
