Help My Amazing Grandpa Albert Dollinger

Albert Dollinger Sr., a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He served our country during the Vietnam War with the Air Force, and to this day is a proud veteran.
His loving, enthusiastic, and generous personality is infectious, he would give the shirt off his back, if it was the last thing he could offer someone in need.
Which is why it makes this Go Fund Me account so difficult to set up. We've all heard stories about people being scammed over the phone, with the scammer instructing the individual about a loved one in danger, and to send money to help their loved one. Unfortunately, Al was a victim of this heartless scam.
He was so determined to help his loved one, and to make sure he did what was instructed, he went and took out a personal loan to make sure this person was safe. It's so easy to say, "how could someone fall for this scam?", but these professional scammers put the fear inside of a man who wasn't scared to fight for the freedom of our country.
Once he realized that his loved one was safe, and that this nightmare was a scam, he felt terrible, and so did we, his family.
We wanted to figure out a way to help him with this horrible financial burden.
He and his wife, Anna, are always the first to step up and help a family member or friend in need, and now this is our time to step up and help them.
We are graciously asking for our friends, family and community, to please help in any way you can, especially in these uncertain times.
Financial help right now will be used to help pay back the personal loan, and the monthly payment they took on.
Supporting our family right now means the world to us, but if you cannot give right now, please don't feel obligated, we truly feel the best way to help as well, is by sharing this, and spreading awareness about these scammers. We never in our wildest dreams thought this could happen to someone in our family, let alone alone Al & Anna. We never want to see this happen to any of your loved ones.
Thank you again for supporting the Dollinger Family, God Bless.
