My 92-year-old grandmother lost a large portion of her life savings in a heartbreaking family situation, and now she is struggling.

She has been selfless her entire life—always putting others before herself, raising me and helping raise my brother, and giving everything she had to her family without ever asking for anything in return.

Now, at 92 years old, she is facing one of the hardest times of her life, but she does her best to keep smiling.

After a fall before Christmas, she hasn’t been able to walk the way she used to. She had to leave her home because it was no longer safe for her to live alone, and she now requires constant care and supervision from both family and professionals.

On top of that, she lost not only a significant portion of her savings, but also many of her personal belongings. Efforts to fix the situation have not been successful.

She often cries, trying to understand how someone so close to her could put her in this position. Watching this happen to someone who has only ever loved and cared for others is devastating.

She spent her life taking care of everyone else. Now she needs help.
