Hi, my name is Nicole Bova, I am starting a fundraiser for my big brother. He is 40yrs old and was just diagnosed with a brain tumor. For the last few weeks, he has been feeling "off" dizzy spells, headaches and blurred vision.

He had two dizzy spells back-to-back on Saturday April 29th which ended him up in the emergency room, he was admitted, BP was 100/150! That's when a CT scan was done and there was something of concern with his scan so then they did an MRI and found a tumor.

Surgery is scheduled for Friday, May 5th. He will need radiation and possibly chemo depending on what the mass comes back as.

My brother has dedicated of 20yrs of his life saving animals, working hard as a Veterinary Technician, he does have insurance but his deductible will be about $6000 and he will be out of work for at least 4-8 weeks as of right now. We still don't know exactly what to expect but we have faith that this is just a speed bump and he can get back to normal life soon!

He has the support of me, our mom Catherine, his girlfriend Sara and his close friends.
