Rozzy, only 18, has had a very hard go at life in her short years. At 12 years old Rozalynn was diagnosed with Turners syndrome. Turners syndrome is a chromosomal disorder in which she was born with only one X chromosome. Rozalynn was told about the many side effects of turners syndrome. Some being she didn’t have any female reproductive organs and she would have to go through growth treatment. Rozzy fought hard to come to terms with never being able to carry children and endured growth treatment to reach an average height. Recently, Rozalynn was experiencing face numbness and loss of balance. On December 12, 2020 she went to the hospital and was sent home with no reasoning behind her symptoms. On December 20th Rozalynn went back with similar symptoms. They did a CAT scan and an MRI and found Rozzy had a 3 cm tumor in her brain stem. Since the brain stem controls your nervous system the tumor is inoperable. They sent her home to rest and to wait to see how fast it is growing. After many appointments she was diagnosed with a DIPG brain tumor. She is starting radiation on Tuesday, January 5th. With so much going on Rozalynn is unable to be alone. Rozalynn’s mom Angie is unable to get time off work with pay. Therefore, I am trying to raise money for Rozalynn to ensure she gets the care she needs, and for her mother to be by her side every step of the way.
Rozalynn has so much love to give and always has a smile on her face! Please consider donating to help my niece fight in these hard times. If you aren’t able to donate please say a prayer to help Rozalynn get through this.
