Help Musecraft Studios Help Artists

Donation protected

Hi there! My name is Darcy, and I’ve started this page to help fund Denon and his aspiring vision for Musecraft Studios: A creative space to unleash your muse and connect with other creatives. But first, a little background.

We are a family of artists, in one form or another. (Actually, many forms, as we have so many interests.) As lifelong learners, we tend to keep adding to the tools and materials we have.
We don't have the space to hold everything we love to do! Neither do many others.

That’s where Musecraft Studios comes in. Denon has taken a big leap by starting a creative space where people with similar passions can flex their skills in a 1000sq ft studio.

In just a few days, on December 1st, Denon’s dream of having a co-working studio space will come true. The lease has been signed, and he can start moving in. We will be having a soft opening on January 3rd, from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm.

The reason I started this fundraiser was to help Denon with the things that are still needed. Such as work tables, a proper POS system, PPE and safety equipment, and more. For a full list of what the raised funds will be used for, see the last page.

Members of the community have donated their time, labor, and wisdom, as well as equipment, materials, and storage solutions; All of which will give MCS the ability to have workshops and supplies available for those who might need them, but aren’t able to purchase their own.

Denon’s vision is to make Musecraft Studios a thriving community. We invite you to walk with us on this journey if you value human-made works, connecting with creatives, or want to see more artistic spaces flourish.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has donated or helped out, and to those who are yet to come.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

What is Musecraft Studios about?

● Sustainability: We largely utilize donated supplies and equipment not just to help keep a low overhead and keep prices lower, but to reduce consumerism and waste. To give new life to items that would otherwise be thrown away. We follow Reduce, Reuse, Recycle in daily practices.
● Elevate: Promoting innovation and creative exploration. Encourage coloring outside the lines, trying something new, or looking at things a different way. In the age of AI, we value the human.
● Thrive Together: We believe a connected community benefits all. We invite others to share their wisdom, ideas, and presence. Whether it's creating in collaboration or just existing in the same space as others. We also believe in sharing excess and resources. Community makes people strong.

Why should I donate?
Whether or not you are part of the local community, there is a broader impact to donating to Musecraft Studios. Your donation will have a rippling effect. Our studio will provide space, time, and resources for creatives. Those creatives will share their experiences, sell their work, or teach others new skills. The arts and culture sector significantly impacts the economy by creating jobs, attracting tourism, and stimulating local business growth, while simultaneously enriching the community and providing a platform for creative professionals to thrive and contribute productively.
