My mom’s sheepdog, Murphy, is more than just a pet—he’s her constant companion and source of comfort, especially during tough times. Lately, my mom has been facing one challenge after another, and Murphy has always been there to lift her spirits. This morning, everything changed in an instant. When my mom let Murphy outside for a quick bathroom break, he was hit by a car. The accident left him with a fractured leg, and the costs for his emergency care and surgery are overwhelming—far more than my mom can afford right now. She’s absolutely devastated, and it breaks my heart to see her struggle with the thought of losing her best friend simply because of finances.

The funds raised will go directly toward Murphy’s emergency care, including X-rays, medications, fluids, and his stay at the vet until the orthopedic surgeon is available next Monday.
