Our dear friend Muna was recently involved in a serious car accident while carpooling. The driver drove through a stop sign, and their car was struck from the left side. Muna, who was sitting behind the driver’s seat, suffered multiple injuries — including 5–6 broken ribs, a broken right scapula, and lung trauma that caused internal bleeding. She’s now facing a long recovery period of 1–2 months of bed rest and will need daily care and support. While insurance may cover some of the medical expenses, there are many other costs such as caregiving, medications, and living expenses during her recovery. We’re raising funds to help Muna focus on healing without the added stress of financial worries. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a big difference and mean the world to her and her loved ones.
