Help Mumbo Walk Again: Surgery Needed

Hi, I’m Ja’corie. This is Mumbo, my beautiful 4-month-old American Staffordshire Terrier. He recently took a fall down the steps and fractured his front right leg around the elbow area. The vet said a cast wouldn’t really help in this situation, and I was told he requires surgery. His primary vet doesn’t specialize in the type of surgery he needs. The one they referred me to told me it would cost $4,000 for the surgery.

I am currently in the SLMPD Cadet program and don’t have that kind of money laying around. I am only 19, so I didn’t get approved for CareCredit or Scratchpay.
