Hello everyone,

My name is Nomaan Ahmad, and I am the organizer of Muhanad’s campaign.

If you have followed Muhanad’s story from the beginning, you know that this campaign started with one urgent goal: to help Muhanad, his wife, and their three children find a safe and stable place to live.

Thanks to the generosity of people who believed in Muhanad and his family and stood beside them, that goal was achieved. Muhanad was able to buy a small home, repair it, make it livable, and move his family into it.

But this is not the end of their story. It is the beginning of a new chapter.

Muhanad has always wanted something simple: the ability to work, support his wife and children, and eventually no longer depend on donations.

He tried to find a way to do that. He had an idea to open a small Palestinian food restaurant serving falafel, ful, hummus, and other simple foods. His hope was to create a source of income for his family and perhaps even provide work for others.

But when he began calculating the costs of equipment, energy, ingredients, and preparing the space, he realized that the cost of starting the project was far beyond what he could afford in his current circumstances. He had to put the idea on hold.

So today, this campaign is entering a different stage. The home is ready, but daily life still requires support.

Now I will let Muhanad tell you himself where his family stands today.

My name is Muhanad. I am a husband and a father of three children: Yousef, Jouri, and Julia, who was born in the midst of the genocide. I live with my family in Khan Younis.

For years, we have lived through war, displacement, fear, and loss. We lost our home, our work, and our land, and I also lost people I loved. We were forced to start again without the stability and life we once knew.

Throughout these years of war and destruction, people from different parts of the world and from different faiths stood beside us and supported our campaign when we needed it most. Because of that support, we were able to buy a small home for our family and repair and prepare it until, finally, my children had a roof over their heads.

The previous donations did not make us wealthy. They helped us secure the most basic thing our family needed: a place to live.

You can look through our previous updates and follow our story step by step. We have shared how the support we received was used to purchase, repair, and prepare our home.

Alhamdulillah, the home is now ready, but our struggle has not ended.

After years of war and destruction affecting homes, businesses, workplaces, and livelihoods across Gaza, employment opportunities have become extremely limited. So far, I have not been able to find a stable source of income to support my family.

Today, we no longer have any money remaining from the previous donations.

We are now struggling to provide food, water, and medicine, as well as the basic needs of our children, including clothing and school supplies. At the moment, our family's basic needs cost around $60 per day, which is a heavy burden for a family without a stable source of income.

I do not want to depend on donations forever. I want to work and support my wife and children myself. But until I can reach that point, I need help getting through this difficult stage.

If you are able to donate, even a small amount, it will help us provide food, medicine, and basic necessities for our children and get through each day.

If you cannot donate, sharing our story can still make a great difference. It may help our campaign reach someone who is able to stand beside us.

You helped us secure a home. Now we need your help to continue living in it and keep our family together.
