Help Muhammad Allah's Urgent Liver Transplant

Muhammad Allah Sharifi (on the left) is 35 years old and currently suffering from a severe liver disease called liver Cirrhosis which means permanent damage. He is living in Afghanistan but due to lack of facilities for surgery, he has now moved to Pakistan. Doctors at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital in Pakistan have determined that he urgently needs a liver transplant.

Muhammad Allah Sharifi has a Master in Horticulture sciences and has provided his services for six years in the Agriculture sector in rural areas of Afghanistan. Sharifi is father of two children (Maaz 3 years old and Uzair 1 year old ) and caring husband.

Before facing liver disease he was sole earner for his and his brother's Dr. Malang (6 members ) family, who died in 2018, but now Muhammad Allah has been unemployed for the past three years, and his other brother on the right in picture (Abdullah Sharefi) supports both families through daily wage labor. Despite their efforts, they are unable to gather the necessary funds for the life-saving procedure.

Abdullah Sharifi, also has bravely volunteered to donate a portion of his liver to save Muhammad Allah’s life. However, the cost of the surgery and associated medical expenses amount to 7 million Pakistani Rupees (approximately $25,500 USD), a sum far beyond the family's financial means.

Doctors recommend that the surgery be conducted as soon as possible and have scheduled it for June 24th to 28th. Any delay could result in the loss of his life, leaving his children without a father and extinguishing the dreams of a man dedicated to serving the poor people of Afghanistan.
