Please help our dear friend and family member, Ms. Toni Leake, lay her beloved and beautiful mother, Eleanor Mae Leake, peacefully to rest in San Diego. 

Sadly, Eleanor has reached her final days at the age of 83 and is ready to be with her Lord.  Her nursing home has officially put her on hospice and comfort care and she is expected to pass in a matter of days. Tragically, due to covid-19 her only child, Toni, can not even be by her side as she crosses over.  She will be crossing alone in the care of strangers. 

As Toni plans for her mother's departure she has found a perfect final resting place at Glen Abbey Memorial Park in Bonita, CA in the heart of the park near a beautiful Chapel surrounded by trees and roses.  As many of us unfortunately know leaving the earth is not free. We are asking friends and family to please help financially during this very hard year. Unfortunately due to the pandemic  Toni has been out of work and as the only child has all the financial and decision making burden solely on her shoulders. 

The last thing a family member should have to stress about is money during the hardest time of her life. Toni is grieving her mother dearly and in her words Eleanor was both her mother and her father and is a queen. Please help us give this queen the elegant and dignified resting place she deserves. We will be eternally grateful.

If you feel moved to help us I would like to remind you of the urgency of situation as she will pass at any moment. When a loved one passes all funeral and cemetery costs are due immediately at the time of arrangement in full. We have pre-planned Eleanor's funeral service and burial costs with discounts we were able to obtain by planning ahead of time. The combined total comes to approximately       $ 13,000.

In case you would like a break down for this very simple but lovely service to understand what a funeral and cemetery service costs this is what it includes:

Funeral:  Services of Funeral Director and Staff, transportation of Mom from nursing home to funeral home, transportation in a Hearse to graveside, dressing and casketing of beloved mother, refrigeration and a beautiful rose pink steel casket with angel accents on the exterior- an angelic final resting bed suited for the angel and queen that she is.

Cemetery: Beautiful grave site final resting place in the heart of a beautiful memorial park, standard required vault for casket and earth protection, Interment fees (the opening and closing of the ground) and processing fees. Graveside ceremony.

Additional costs: Taxes, death permits, clergy fees, flowers, stationary and other final details.
