Help Miss Natshall Be the Best Teacher Ever!

Our family met Miss Natshall in 2017 when our daughter started in a pre-K program at New Horizon Academy. Our daughter was instantly drawn to her and we soon found out why. Natshall brings out the best in our kids - she has high expectations but is calm, caring, generous, and oh so fun! She wants our kids to succeed and helps in every way to make that happen - even beyond the classroom.
Natshall has been working on getting her Master's degree in elementary education and will be starting her student teaching this week. To make ends meet, she will be working 8 am - 3 pm in the classroom in Maple Grove and then 4 pm - midnight at a fast food restaurant in West St. Paul. This is a grueling schedule on top of finishing her college degree work. I have no doubt that Natshall can do this and succeed, but I'd rather her be able to devote all of her energy to her student teaching and studies. So I'm starting this Go Fund Me in hopes that she can ditch the second job!
Natshall hopes to work for St. Paul Public Schools once she gets her degree, and I know that's exactly where my family wants her to be! She has become a role model and mentor to our daughter, and we are grateful to continue to have her in our life even as we've moved beyond pre-K. More importantly, our schools need more teachers like her!
