Hi everyone, my name is Lacey, and I’m reaching out with a full heart and a humble request for someone incredibly special to our family.
For the past two years, my son has had the absolute gift of being taught by Ms. Lee — a teacher who isn’t just wonderful at what she does, but truly extraordinary. She’s the kind of person who pours her whole heart into her students, who shows up every day with love, patience, and passion. Because of her, my son has grown in ways I never imagined. Our entire family adores her — she’s made a lasting impact on all of us.
In February 2024, Ms. Lee was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. With her usual strength and grace, she faced it head-on, and in August 2024, we celebrated her being cancer-free. But earlier this year, in April 2025, the cancer returned. Despite restarting chemotherapy, her medical team found it wasn’t effective, so they paused treatment to find another approach.
In August, a CT scan showed the tumors were growing. A new chemo regimen was started, but tragically, it caused a perforated bowel — a serious complication. Ms. Lee spent five days in the hospital, receiving transfusions and pain management before finally returning home. She now faces at least 6–8 weeks of recovery, during which she won’t be able to work. On top of that, the pain and exhaustion from the tumors make even daily tasks incredibly difficult.
Ms. Lee has always shown up for our children — now it's our turn to show up for her. We’re hoping to ease some of the financial pressure during this time, so she and her family can focus on healing and finding strength. Every single donation, no matter the size, will help lift some of that burden.
Please consider donating or sharing this page. And most of all, please keep Ms. Lee in your thoughts and prayers. She means the world to us — and we want her to feel the love and support she’s given to so many others.
With love and gratitude,
Lacey, Ryan, Emmett and Avery ❤️
