- My name is Ms. Joyce Donaldson, known as Ms D. and I have been a teacher in the Phoenix Union High School District for 23 years, almost 24, until I was escorted out of my classroom. I'm now under investigation by the Arizona Attorney General because of a video a student took. I have not seen the video; however, the Arizona Department of Education has seen it, and I am now under investigation for supposedly having my arm in a position as if I was going to hurt the student, which I did not. I have been trying to find a pro bono lawyer all week with no success. Can you help an educator out? I miss the classroom! Lawyers are expensive!
