I'm Katie Fogleman, a parent of a two-year-old at The Woodcroft School. Like many other families, we count ourselves incredibly lucky to be part of the school community. Every morning, we drop our kiddo off knowing he's safe, loved and learning from some of the most dedicated teachers out there.

This week, one of those amazing teachers — Ms. Britt — had her car stolen right out of the school parking lot, and though the Durham Police Department is investigating, they haven't yet recovered the car, and it's impossible to know what state it will be in if they do.

We can’t replace what was taken from Ms. Britt, but as a community, we can come together to help her get back on the road.
