Stand with Ms. Arnold: Save Her Home
Donation protected
Ms. Barbara Arnold, a beloved sister from our church, is facing a heartbreaking legal battle to save her home. At 77 years old, she has lived in her home for over 30 years, but now faces eviction due to a fraudulent deed transfer. A relative stole the deed and sold her home to an investor without her knowledge or consent. Ms. Arnold only discovered this when she received an eviction notice, leaving her distraught and fearful of losing her home.
Ms. Arnold is battling stage 5 kidney disease, also known as end-stage renal disease, and the stress of this situation has taken a toll on her health. Her son took his life on August 13, 2024, and all available funds have already been spent on legal fees, but her attorney requires more funds to continue fighting her case. Unfortunately, Ms. Arnold has exhausted her financial resources and desperately needs support to keep her current attorney or find one willing to take her case pro bono.
God is a father to the fatherless and a defender of the widows. Please stand with me in helping Ms. Arnold, our sister in the Faith, by showing your love and support. Help her save her home. Let this be one senior citizen whose home is saved from these scams that target naive people with promises of money for their families, and it turns out to be a trap.
The funds raised will directly help Ms. Arnold in her legal fight to retrieve her property from the investors or assist her in purchasing it back. Keeping her home is crucial for her well-being, providing stability and comfort during this challenging time. Your support can make a significant difference in Ms. Arnold's life, helping her regain her home and peace of mind.
