Help Mrs. Fields with Medical Expenses

Hello My wife Tracey Halfacre is a care giver for Mrs. Billie Sue Fields. Mrs.Fields was hospitalized last October for a UTI and COVID. Due to COVID restrictions no one was allowed to be up there with her. She was not alert and told the hospital that she refused care and the hospital released her to go home. She was home for 6 days and my wife who was also positive with COVID was there with her. Mrs. Fields did not even know where she was at ,she thought she had been admitted to a rehab facility. After 6 days home and her still with no improvement Mrs. Fields went back to the hospital. This time my wife received a call asking what medications Mrs.Fields took on a regular basis, my wife explained to them that Mrs. Fields was just in the hospital and her records should show it, the hospital told her that they had her records but no medication was listed. To make a long story short Mrs. Fields had been hospitalized for a UTI and COVID and was not given any of her regular medications the week she was in the hospital. This made her week and requiring her to have to go to a rehab facility. Mrs. Fields is on a very fixed income and has bills from this adventure last October coming due. We are asking that any help will be greatly appreciated and will go directly to her medical bills. Please help this sweet lady stay in her home.
