Help Sweet Mr. Big Heal

Today our sweet Mr. Big was tragically hit by a delivery truck. By some miracle, he survived but he now faces surgery and a long road to recovery. We are beyond grateful he’s still with us but the medical bills and time needed for his care will be overwhelming.

Anyone who knows my mom knows she is one of the most selfless, kind, animal loving people you could ever meet. She has rescued countless animals over the years and they seem to flock to her like she’s Snow White herself. She has even opened her home as a peaceful hospice for old family / friend’s dogs giving them all the extra love in their final years.

A few months ago something in my mom’s heart lit up again when she saw Mr. Big on the Humane Society website. She adopted him that very day. I’ll never forget her face it was pure joy like she had just won the jackpot, with Mr. Big riding home in the back seat to meet his new family

Mr. Big settled right into his new life. He gained happy healthy weight, formed a special bond with his new best friends Maverick, Grizz… became part of our family ❤️ Just yesterday, he was running around with the three grandbabies, surrounded by love, enjoying his Christmas bone. Life was so good until this heartbreaking accident changed everything.

Even the $10 you might normally spend on a cup of coffee would mean the world to help cover Mr. Big’s surgery, veterinary care, and allow my mom the time she needs away from work to be by his side as he heals.
