Hello, my name is Lisa. On August 21, 2021 my husband had a massive heart attack and 3 strokes. One week before our 24th anniversary. Unfortunately, his insurance does not cover much and because he had a heart attack he now has a preexisting condition so he is unable to get insurance. I have a 2 year old to care for and am now responsible for all the home and medical bills. I am asking your help to help us care for him. I hope you can find it in your heart to help. He will need physical therapy and a stay in a long term care facility along with home health services. Louis is a loving father, husband, brother, uncle, and grandfather, and friend. We all need him to heal and come home.
