Mr. Terry is a 78 year old veteran who lives on a fix income. He lives alone and does not have any family member left. His home is in horrible condition and is facing being condemned and demoed. The condion of his home is due to the depression of not being able to work due back injuries and the loss of his three children.

I am asking for donations to assist Mr. Terry in the repairs of his home.

In need to be repaired/replaced:

1. Roof, siding, soffit and fascia, gutters

2. Windows

3. Exterior doors

4. Electric

The inside needs to be gutted, repairs and replacement will need to be made in the interior. The plumbing is unknown at this time. The interior will also need to be cleaned.

Trash will need to be removed from the property.

I have been able to get a hold on the house being condemned and demoed. The hold is to assist in time to raise money and get the volunteers to assist in the repairs.
