Help Mr. ScrappyDOO COME HOME

I (HAVE ANTILL 15th Feb at 5PM )(THERE IS NO ME WITH OUT HIM ) PLEASE HELP .His name is Mr. Scrappy Doo. He is in the pound and he needs help to come home. He makes everyone happy he sees. He is my best friend and my boy. Please help, I can't lose him. Thanks. He looks just like Scooby Doo. He has an underbite with one snaggle tooth. he is a mix of chahuwawa,pug ,Weiner dog and shitzu called a( pug-zoo)He is a sweet and handsome boy, loves everyone, and makes them smile. I call him my lovey-dovey boy. So many people he has touched and shared his affection with he loves everybody separately and the same unconditionaly I don't stop him from doing what he wants witch is to say hi and show people they are special too he is the most popular dog in Snohomish county he is so awesome . I want to continue to be there with him, making more people happy and cuddling with my boy. I miss him so much
