Mr. Rob is the outstanding daytime custodian at our school. He is so committed to his job and goes above and beyond his required duties. As a valued member of our school community, we often see Mr. Rob walking with students having a tough day, finding ways to get students positively involved, and doing extra jobs around the school because we are short-staffed.

Next week, Mr. Rob will be having heart surgery and needs to take at least three months off from work to recuperate and rehabilitate. He does not have any paid sick leave or paid time off. Sick leave is not a benefit offered by his company.

Mr. Rob is in desperate need of heart surgery but is going into it wondering how he will manage financially afterward. Please help to alleviate some of this stress for Mr. Rob.
