Dear Atlanta Zambian Community, friends, and well-wishers,
Our sisters Priscar Zulu, Bridget Kaira, and Caroline Rowell are asking for our support. Their father, Mr. Rebby Malekani Chanda, has been diagnosed with a serious heart condition and urgently needs a specialized procedure called Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT). This life-saving treatment is not available in Zambia, and he must travel to India for surgery.
The family has already spent significant resources trying to care for Mr. Chanda in Zambia, but the ongoing medical costs have taken a heavy financial toll. They are now working to raise funds to cover the surgery and hospital care, travel for Mr. Chanda, and travel and support for a family escort. Without this procedure, his health will continue to decline, and his family is deeply worried about his future. The surgery offers hope for recovery, allowing him to return home and be with his loved ones once again.
Your generosity will help ease this growing financial burden and give Mr. Chanda the chance to live with dignity and hope. Our community has the power to change the course of a life. Every contribution counts—no amount is too small. Please join us in supporting this urgent cause and help us bring Mr. Chanda back to his family.
