Hi, I'm Mr. Higgins. I'm 12 years old and am a very loving guy. I haven't been feeling well these past few months and after lots of vet visits, I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Times have been tough with COVID, and my mom hasn't been able to work so she's really struggling to help pay my vet bills :( We are all each other has, so it's very important to me that I stay in the best health possible to keep her company.

My mom still owes the vet $2500 for my last visits and I need to go get more bloodwork and testing done, too, to keep me in tip top shape. I have been feeling better since I got my medication, but my mom could sure use some help to keep me feeling good.
