hi my name is Jackie and my dad needs help, he doesn’t know I’m doing this . He hurt himself playing baseball. He torn his hamstrings off the bone and he needs surgery, the surgery is going to cost more the. $35,000 with Therepy . My parents are super stressed and my mom, is so so so sad - and feels so guilty- that she made the worst decision when she had to cut back on some bills and she choose to cancel their health insurance temporarily- in June of this year- to help with some costs of the household,with rising costs of the economy.

I want to help in someway, and surprise them with some less burden of this, I know they will somehow figure it out and get his surgery paid over time / ie - surgery monthly payments - but I just want to give back in someway, and I’m asking any of my fans, friends, teachers to help me and my family out.
