Help "Mr. Camera Man" back on his feet!

Donation protected
Hello, everyone! My name is Jose Mederos. Born on October 18, 1986. I’m a thirty-seven year old individual who has served the Springfield, Massachusetts community for more than a decade. Some would say I was adopted here as the local Bostonian. My job is working at the MassMutual Center as a videographer, a stagehand, and alongside the Springfield Thunderbirds/ AIC Men’s Ice Hockey team as “Mr. Camera Man”.

Over the past couple years, I have experienced a variety of extremely challenging health conditions – including blood clots, heart palpitations, a blood transfusion, an iron deficiency, Anal Intra Epithelial Neoplasia (Low Grade Growth), and finally Polyneuropathy. I am currently dealing with the aftermath of all that has ensued over the past couple years. Doctors have found no results through x-ray, MRI, or blood tests to the leading causes; and I am still undergoing tests. Work has been little to none since I woke up with Severe Polyneuropathy from my waist down. Over 10 months have gone by, and I have been walking as much as possible every day to promote reconnecting my nerve paths through pain.

After all of these challenges, my spirit has not faltered in being who I am. Credit cards are maxed, can’t afford deodorant, or let alone worry about where the next meal will come from. Staying humble, and counting my blessings have kept me living. However, some may say I’m stubborn because I didn’t want to ask for help. Nor did I even want to make this letter because I always give even my last, but don’t seek anything in return. My blessings comes from the joy, or happiness that ensues from helping the helpless. Now I write this letter to you as a message of inspiration to not give up, but to be open to the heart of the world, and receive your blessing. Maybe I have become the helpless man, and the people around me told me to make this because everyone needs help at one point in time. Currently, I owe $7k plus on my credit cards so if you decide to donate towards my financial struggles then truly the blessing is yours because you are changing my life for the betterment of a beautiful outcome. My prayers are always for you, and always will be for you because without you, I’m nothing.
