Mr. Business, our beloved cat, has been through so much in his life. He spent his early years as an outdoor, feral cat before we welcomed him into our home and hearts. We’ve always tried to give him the very best life, and he’s become such a special part of our family.

Late last year, Mr. B had a couple of urinary tract infections, and last night we noticed he was showing signs of another—frequent trips to the bathroom with little to no output. This morning, things took a turn for the worse: he was in obvious pain and unable to urinate at all. We rushed him to the emergency vet, where he spent the entire day undergoing tests, an ultrasound, sedation, and catheterization. After a long and stressful day, he was diagnosed with Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC). The next 24-48 hours are critical as we monitor his recovery and hope he doesn’t become blocked again.

The costs of his emergency care, medications, and the possibility of ongoing urinary treatment are adding up quickly. Any help is so appreciated. Mr. B is such a sweet boy, and we are forever grateful for any support—no matter how small—to help him get back to his happy, healthy self.
