It hit him suddenly while he was at rest, his stomach twisted cutting off blood flow to major organs.

It was touch and go the first 24 hours, but he survived and is home with us now for an intense and delicate recovery. He wants us to tell everyone that he has "a 10 inch street cred scar" down the middle of his abdomen.
