Moxie is my beloved rescue cat, and he means the world to me. He has permanently scarred lungs, food allergies, and chronic upper respiratory issues that require antibiotics at least twice a year. On top of that, Moxie struggles with urinary issues and will soon need to take three different medications: Prednisolone, Gabapentin, and Amoxycillin Clavulanic acid. Despite all these health challenges, Moxie remains a loving and resilient companion who brings so much joy to my life.

Moxie is more than just a pet—he is my heart. I have doctor-certified PTSD from multiple traumas, and his gentle, cuddly presence is a true source of comfort and healing for me. Moxie also relies on me for emotional support; he gets very upset when I leave the house, even for a short time, and struggles with separation anxiety. As a disabled senior living on a limited income, the ongoing costs of vet visits, medications, and Hydrolyzed foods are a heavy burden and create a lot of financial stress.
