Assistance moving back to Edmonton fr the Island

Good day all

I am a senior on low fixed income needing to relocate back to Edmonton AB fr Vancouver Island.

Although this is incredibly embarrassing, I have run out of time and options.

I moved here in 2013 to provide care for my elderly veteran father. He passed later in 2013, then I was diagnosed with aggressive stage 3 breast cancer in 2015 requiring 2 surgeries. This was followed by my husband having a severe hear attack in 2016, then diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in 2017, from which he never recovered. I have struggled to make it here on Vancouver Island but it's just not economically feasible.

All my family are in Alberta and Edmonton area so I need to return home.

Moving quotes are big bucks to get off the Island. Being a disabled senior on low fixed income has become a real problem.

Movers will be here Monday Aug 29th, but will not deliver without full payment first.

I have tried everything to raise the funds, but have had no luck.

Embarrassing as it is for me to ask for help, I have no other options at this point.

Anything you can afford will be so appreciated at this time of struggle.
